I am interested in your legal reasoning for your stance. What case would you use to support your position? Metal detectors became acceptable to the Courts in the 1970s and random screening at the boarding gate has also passed a Constitutional challenge.

So what is the legal precedent for them to fondle your breasts or reproductive organs?

I'm not convinced there is opposite sex groping involved with the regular screening process.

Your use of the word 'fondling' is a transparent attempt to import a conclusion into a description.

If however the neutral word 'touch' is used, and the question appears in the form ''Why do they need to touch your breasts or reproductive organs during a search?' the answer is clear enough: it is to ensure that you have not used those areas of your body in which to hide explosives.

If there are to be pat-down body searches for explosives, it is ridiculous that any areas of the body should be 'off-limits'. If it is known that there are any such areas, the whole search is completely pointless, since any intelligent terrorist will hide explosives in just those areas, won't they?

I did not have a faith crisis. I discovered that the Church was having a truth crisis.
Maksutov:
That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.

Look, when a screener lifts up ones breasts and moves them around that is fondling. It is also fondling when a screener moves his hands around a man's testicles or a woman's labia. Cops are not allowed to do such things unless they have a warrent and a good reason. Oh, and those big bad terrorists with their dildo bombs are gonna get us unless we let them stick their hands into grand mother's depends diapers or in little Jenny's Hello Kitty underwear.

Come on, they do not do this sort of violations in the Middle East, Russia or China. Then again, we are the land of the free and home of the brave, aren't we? Maybe the next thing will be that the government will decide to do away with pat downs as long as the family volunteers to strip off and walk through naked. I am sure that will get the highest class people applying for jobs with the TSA. Oh, wait, that won't work since someone might just hide weapons up their rectums.

What was it Ben Franklin said: "Those who would sacrifice liberty to gain a little security deserve neither." ?
