by the way, apparently this battle in Davis was part of a larger conflict around the state.

in my own family outside of utah, getting cable (even without HBO) was something my parents were very wary about.

Yes, I remember many local Church leaders telling us that the evils of cable were going to destroy the family unit and turn many people into sex craved zombies. In the end, it was much ado about nothing.

Probably just like gay marriage.
