It seems that the original BYU for Caffeine group has disappeared.

Someone else has started another group by the same name.

LOL.
some morgbot lady wrote:“If they don’t serve caffeinated drinks in the temple, then Heavenly Father obviously doesn’t want us to drink them,” wrote one woman in an earlier post. “It may seem like a small thing but it is all about obedience to the gospel and if we are willing to follow.”

It's all about obedience to the gospel. And if we are willing to follow... What?

I thought "Gospel" meant the good news of Jesus' ressurection from the dead and atonement that wipes away our sins. When did "the Gospel" come to mean not drinking Coke with caffeine in it?

Apparently this woman thinks that Jesus Christ comes down and holds his quarterly PPI with the catering manager at the temple, and dictates the beverage list or something. Or maybe the President and Quorum of the Twelve pray and wait for inspiration on what soft drinks should be served in the temple cafeteria. Really?
Mormonism ceased being a compelling topic for me when I finally came to terms with its transformation from a personality cult into a combination of a real estate company, a SuperPac, and Westboro Baptist Church. - Kishkumen

Simple.
President Newsroom wrote:...need to understand that certain words in the Mormon vocabulary have slightly different meanings and connotations than those same words have in other religions...
... and please apply this rule to the word certain (=all) and slightly (=significantly).

by the way as far as I remember, somewhere You wrote "President News H. Room".
What is the "H" stand for?
- Whenever a poet or preacher, chief or wizard spouts gibberish, the human race spends centuries deciphering the message. - Umberto Eco
- To assert that the earth revolves around the sun is as erroneous as to claim that Jesus was not born of a virgin. - Cardinal Bellarmine at the trial of Galilei
