Dear God - she has been through hell. Please LDS, have mercy on her. WTF is wrong with you, LDS?

But she wasn't specific, so obviously she knows she's wrong.

If ever there was a clear example of why women should also be in positions of leadership, this is one of them. Really, a room full of men discussing her sexual abuse?

Inspired leaders my ass.

From her previous blog posting:
A week later I received a phone call from Bishop telling me he had reported to him that I had done something seriously wrong. I asked him where in and he replied in blessing my son.

...

I told him I used and claimed no Priesthood and used no Priesthood wording and that is what Joesph and Brigham Young counselled women to do, they said it was very woman's duty and privileged and they would be unprofitable servants if they did not.

...

I have said that I oppose how tithing money is spent, esp with Down Town Salt Lake and his Gala birthday celebration and that we could have spent the money better to feed the poor and help those who are in need. I wrote a heartfelt and respectful letter to President Monson regarding my concerns, I never got a reply.

Damn

There are many things happening in the church today don't sit well with me in spirit, but I stay because it is the Lords church and because I have has so may personal experiences that have confirmed the truth of the Restoration and Joseph Smith as a true Prophet with the testimony of Christ. Everything in my life has brought me closer to the Gospel of Christ. I love the Temple, I wish it wasn't changed but I know Christ can still come to those who truly seek him.

I believe the church as a tracking cookie n my computer because the Bishop told my husband "We know everything you are reading, all the sites Eva has been to"

I'd hate to disrupt anyone's narrative, but she discusses her offenses in detail here:

That is required reading if one has read the previous link.

If you thought the first one was heartbreaking, this one is much, much worse.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

It looks like she: (a) gave her son a blessing (not by the Priesthood but by her faith in Christ), (b) opposes the Church spending inordinate amounts of money on a lavish mall, and (c) is peeved because the Bishop failed to pay a medical bill he promised to help with. I mean if this isn't worthy of 12 months disfellowshipment, what is?

I hate to ask this: is this real?

I'm having a hard time believing a whole room full of LDS men would agree to put her through this.
