Interpreter's new General Conference Index is woefully incomplete

Then I guess DCP’s statement that 1921 was the first time this phrase was used in General Conference is in error.

I found another instance in a talk given in the October 1920 general conference (racist language). A search of the index for "many mansions" does not pull up this talk.

So what’s DCP’s beef with general conference talks prior to 1879 anyway?

Perhaps they are far too long dead prophets to be of much value.... more recent dead prophets won't appear to be so out of date.

You look for a given phrase, and the results will omit any talks that contained embarrassing things?

In what way(s) is the Interpreter Bibliography different to, and superior than, the search function and gospel library on lds.org - other than it features a specific Nibley collection category? Or is that what this really is, a stealthy manoeuvre to get more of the Interpreter Church to worship Nibley and his teachings?

The church site doesn’t allow users to search early Conference addresses, the Journal of Discourses, and the Improvement Era. The quality of the Interpreter search function is an open question.
