Have we ruled out the possibility that these BSBC members aren't complete scammers and grifters? If they aren't then I think they're very likely and possibly certifiably delulu.

Hopefully John D, will put this issue to rest.

If the government attorneys review the charges and say they are going to dismiss the charges and not proceed any further then John D can ask that the charge(s) be dismissed with prejudice so it won't come back. If the government attorneys says they will dismiss it but not with prejudice then John D says no, then I want to proceed to a speedy trial with no jury, and after, have the charges dismissed with prejudice.

If I had been representing Dehlin in any of this litigation, the first thing I would have done is subpoena Jenn/Rosebud's text messages from their cell phone carriers. I'm sure their texts would be very damning.

Jenn erased her texts, even when cautioned not to do so.

The aforesaid Kamp/Rosebud texts may have contained detailed instructions from Outer Darkness/Kremlin/Eye of Sauron/the Upside Down/Mar-a-Lago.

I've not been following this thread carefully but I would add to the above that I hope Jenn knows that erasing her text never makes them disappear. The entire contents of a cell phone can be downloaded by LE, FBI, or most anyone with the motivation to learn how to do it and that is fact. Probably best not to ask me how I know.

Or, an attorney can spend 15 minutes preparing and sending a subpoena to the cell phone carrier.

In a few weeks a package will arrive from the cell phone carrier with print outs of all the text conversations and usually a thumb drive or a CD of the same. It's really not rocket science.
