I should have thanked Consiglieri for posting that well crafted phrase.deaconblues wrote: ↑Sat Nov 07, 2020 7:00 pmA classic line.I imagine many of us were members of the "Brotherhood" for years before the light broke through the clouds and we saw that the Church didn't have 200 issues, it had one issue. Another great podcast, Consig. and Thanks to bro. McLemore too!
Perhaps no one cares but I do have a question about Adam God. Perhaps there is a simple answer that I have forgotten. LDS thought understands people to all be spirit children of God the father. At birth this divinely begotten spirit is joined to a physical body whose genetic source is what or whom? For a true joining of spirit and body it would make sense for both to have the same source would it not. If not who is the genetic source of Adam?

This is not a new subject, one of the more striking confessions of this CES director was that he had been a believer isn the Adam God understanding but felt it had to be kept as a hidden doctrine.

Congratulations to consiglieri for another riveting RFM episode! It is fascinating to see how someone who was much closer to the inside view of CES came to conclusions that I intuited but could never have experienced in the same way.
