Bond, there was one episode where Bill was meeting with a Business leader in a locker room of a golf coarse. A fellow in the background of that scene was changing clothes and was shown standing there in just his garments.

I thought there might have been an episode....could you clearly see the guy or was he obscurred? I can't remember....anyone got season One on DVD and can check this out?

Yes you could clearly see him, he was bending down as to put on socks and then during Bill's conversation he stood up and you could see him clearly. However, he was not close enough to the camera for you to clearly see the markings on the garment.

Its possible...it could have been when some alliance of business leaders was courting him...part of that story line...

You could be right then. Do you know about this website: http://www.tv-links.co.uk/? They now have Big Love on it (as well as a ton of great stuff) so maybe one of us can check. The videos on the website come and go--sometimes they'll work beautifully and sometimes not.
by the way Peep Show is great.

Sorry I was late getting this thing out......school and stuff.
This episode was kinda slow for me....although it was a nice change from the crazy episodes of this season thus far....reminds me of some of the earlier episodes when the show was trying to find it's feet and direction in the first season. Anyway.....
1) Who are these people? Benny scores twins who want nothing more than to marry the same dude, Sara's nerdy boyfriend has his hands in most of the honeypots in the greater Salt Lake area, that stupid LDS neighbor woman makes a reappearance after she hasn't done jack the whole season.....have we entered the Twilight Zone?....
2).....and on top of that Sara goes asking for advice from Nicki? WTF? Isn't Nicki basically on the same list as all lawyers of people who should be regarded with extreme skepticism? I wouldn't ask Nicki to walk my dog, let alone ask her advice on relationships......she's the Queen of Manipulation people! Come on.....grow a brain.
3) The main issue of this whole episode was Barb and her estrangement from her LDS family (who appear to be a bunch of assholes, case in point the nephew who walked up and told Barb to not try to convert anyone.....what was that little turd, 18....but I digress)......Honestly I feel sorry for Barb, she's between a rock and a polygamist and I don't know how she can make it work for both groups......really it's going to end up bad somewhere...
4) What is it with those little punks at the wedding asking Bill about his apostacy? And Bill dropping the perfect answer...."what...shut up!" Boom on those punks...
5) I loved Sara's speech to her dad as they were dancing.......she is totally moving out soon. I loved the line "you have no credibility with me....I can't take seriously anything you ever tell me about relationships" I'm glad to see someone telling Bill to take his polygamy and shove it, as it appears Ben will be living on a compound with four wives by season 5.
6) Nicki......I hate her I hate her I hate her.....but I swear I'm afraid of her. As much of a lying self righteous selfish hypocrite as she is......I totally had her in a fight with Barb's sister.......she would have ripped "Alex" (If I recall correctly) a new garment hole and you know it.
7) Barb's mom.......WTF? She'll tolerate a homosexual but she won't tolerate a polygamist? Hello, the whole religion is interwoven with polygamy? I didn't believe that crap for a second.....you really think she's tolerant? I didn't really like her mother much (not to mention her telling people that she had left Bill....)
8) Margene didn't do much this episode.....but be a total fox. Honestly though, shouldn't she be showing by now.
9) Weber Gaming, just let the storyline end
10) Blood Atonement.....come on Alby! Rattlesnakes in the bed, that's Bush League! Call in some Danites to kill the whole family and then set the houses on fire to cover the evidence.....where's the cold blooded dude who's holding his father's life on a string?
11) What is it with these Mormons thinking they're hot stuff? That wedding was full of people strutting around and acting like they were something special, but all I really saw were a bunch of nerdy people trying to look cool. Just ask yourself, could any of them pull off a leather outfit? I didn't think so........
12) Alright obviously this whole episode was about showing the strain on Barb's relationship with her family, and Blixa and Beastie covered those issues already so.....just one more thing....
13) No Nudity!!!!!!!!! HBO come on!!!!!!!!!! If I can't see dead Sopranos and crazy antics on Oz anymore the least you could do is throw the viewing public a bone and show us more Gennifer Goodwin for more than the 10 minutes of airtime she got this episode.....argh!
14) One other note.......did anyone think that you could substitute "exmormon" for "polygamist" in Barb's arguments with her mother and show the kind of ostracizm that some exmos face.
15) One episode left.......sigh.

Well....we finally scored some resolution for the plotlines that have been running all through this whole season....now we have to wait....sigh. Let's jump right into the points:
1) Barb becomes Boss Lady.....totally awesome the strength and acceptance to tell her neighbor Pam that they're polygamists....which sets up Season 3 for the general fallout of this knowledge becoming mainstream (it was underground knowledge during season 2)
2) Bill had a chance to be the Prophet.....and he didn't seize it! Will the chance come again?
3) Sara finally cutting ties with her family.....will she move out and move in with her exmo man?
4) Where is Ben going??? And I really liked the interaction between Ben/Sara (reminds me of Alby/Nicki....brother and sister going different paths)
5) Roman strumbling around the house trying to get get off animal suppressants....totally awesome (I love the line..."Make me a sandwich!". Did he get arrested by the Juniper Creek police or the ATF/FBI?
6) Alby taking power......shudder.
7) Finally the end of the Weber Gaming Episode...although with Roman getting arrested who knows if it's going to pop up again?
8) The return of Anna.....we're totally seeing her in the next season.
9) Once again I have to ask how "God's People" can be so sleezy and corrupt.....don't they have souls or consciences at all?
10) Margene tries to take some independence....and Barb says no!!!! Too bad.....the return of Boss Lady
11) Bill asking Nicki if she really thinks her father is The Prophet.......that has to get some people thinking right?
Well.....that's all I got really....alot of conclusions....and yet still a lot of questions for next season. Till next time....Bond

Some Schmo wrote:I think it was the worst episode of the season. Talk about going out with a fizzle.
I have nothing else to say about it.
Yeah I do think it fizzled out.....although I'm not sure it's the worse episode of the season (mostly because I can't remember all the episodes)....I think the main problem is that this season peaked storywise too early. If the season had ended with the Roman being shot cliffhanger.....it rules. But as it is.....not nearly as good as last year's finale or some of the best episodes of Season 2.
