What is your point? Do you think the residents at West Ridge go snowboarding now? Looks to me as if they've revamped their program from the old days, hired some new staff, got new structures being built for female residents and implemented an early childhood program.

What is the status of the program today? Do you have proof that conditions are the same as you allege they were when you were there?
