If someone writes a series of books called "Trapped by Mormons" that play on stereotypes of Mormons and portrays them as spooky, I have no problem with jskains trying to criticize that by comparing it a hypothetically racist equivalent. Even if the books aren't all that bad, it's just an analogy to make a point, not his own racism.

What's weird is that you don't seem to recognize why it's bad to say these things, or rather, you don't care about how bad it makes you look because you are more interested in trying to achieve other ends. (E.g., scoring a polemical point, or stirring up drama.)

Pot, meet kettle.

Scratch, you have written exactly what I have thought of your creepy blogs, repeated drudging of old posts, smear campaigns, and general overall strange behavior.

And what is weird is you don't seem to recognize why such actions are bad, or hurtful, cruel or lacking in any social tact, or how bad such stalking, obsessive, outright libelous behavior makes you look.

*Shrug*

Oh, don't get me wrong: I have no "problem" with him doing that, either. It makes him look like a gap-toothed, googly-eyed idiot, but I certainly have no problem with that. The sorts of analogies he was using are akin to Bill Hamblin's K-word laced rant on RfM, where he tried to accuse the ex-Mormons of being on a part with hardcore anti-Semites. Does that make Hamblin himself an anti-Semite? Well, no, but it does make him a callous and insensitive polemicist who has no qualms with using offensive ethnic slurs to try and score a point.

No, I think that Jskains tends to be more actually bigoted towards homosexuals. I was merely citing his Trapped by the N****** outburst as an example of his foot-in-mouth disease.

Namecalling is the action of someone with nothing interesting to say.

Perhaps you're right, Josh. Feel free to ignore my remarks. (by the way: do you ever intend to apologize for the aforementioned foot-in-mouth moments?)

Same tired tactics. Do you plan to ever stop these games and actually try interesting dialogue?

P.S. - Are you African-American? If not, please stop trying to be offended for them. That is considered by some just as insensitive and offensive.

Back to the topic of the OP: What do you intend to do about your banning, jskains? Personally, I think you should do as you once did here: you should post a film of yourself on YouTube, where you denounce them for their unfair policies.

Josh, I'm game for some interesting dialogue. Can you go start an interesting thread on an interesting topic so we can dialogue, please? Because so far all I'm seeing from you is bellyaching over the loss of your old internet haunt.
