That’s one way to look at it, but conventionally when a poker hand is called, the hand is rearranged to place the three-of-kind card’s adjacent to each other. Since we’re talking a sequential assignment that doesn’t work, but it was interesting to learn about a new game.

Sequential numbers, on the other hand are valued very much based on the first MSD (Most Significant Digit) on the left.

36866 may be thought of, as the sum of 30800 + 6066.
