I LOVE that! New signature quote! :)

The antiMormon apologetic most clearly illustrates this with lack of evidence or logic for all it's claims.

Teaching kids to sing "Follow the prophet, follow the prophet, follow the prophet, don't go astray. Follow the prophet, follow the prophet, follow the prophet, he knows the way." This all falls under the umbrella of worshipping the GAs, which TBMs deny they do, but its obvious to outsiders.

Also, I didn't see it on the list, the secret handshakes that are taught in the temple and will be required to get past the guards in heaven is rediculously stupid. It's like a 10-year old boy tree house club. I've come to the conclusion that the reason the temple stuff is kept secret is because it is so stupid even the apologists can't defend it.

I think people on both sides are guilty of this. The problem is that, in my opinion, the pro-Mormon apologist has a lot more things for which to make excuses. Clearly, you disagree.

Man, that is just priceless! ROFL. Dude, that's just precious in my sight. I needed a good chuckle to help clear the morning cobwebs from my mind, and that's provided, and in spades.

If you're in the mood to humor us a bit more, perhaps you could cite some examples of where the anti-mormon arguments lack logic or evidence. Why don't you start with the Book of Abraham?

Happy to oblige and I'm glad to see you have risen to the challenge. Perhaps you could explain how Joseph Smith' interpretation of the facsimiles is spot on?

Are you kidding? Perhaps you could explain how my 2-year old's painting of a green sky is spot on. I guess it all depends on the definition of "interpretation".

As far as anyone can tell. Sure.

For example, notice the particular canopic jar (8) under the lion couch labeled "The idolatrous god of Korash."

We know that the four regional directions are depicted on the heads of the four canopics. This one, #8 is in the southerly direction. The land of Cush is in the region south of Egypt. In that region is worshipped a local goddess Iagouth or Hathor who came from Heliopolis. The people of that goddess are known as the Koraish. In Heliopolis, that goddess in known as Wadjit which was Semiticized into Ozza, which is one of the principle idols of the Qoreish in Mekkah. And Qoreish is the diminutive of the name Koraish. Koraish is Koash or Korash, variant spellings of the same name, and corresponding to the South.

The other canopics are in similar fashion. Coincidence? I think not.

My understanding is that the heads on the canopics are the sons of Hor. Could you provide a citation for the idea of four regional directions depicted on the heads?
