1. You asked harmony if she ever re-registered under a different name after she was kicked off.

2. She said no.

3. She was registered under Blink and Blink was Q'd, not kicked off.

4. When her posts didn't make it out of the "Q", she re-registered as Dill Pickles.

5. Dill Pickles was kicked off...banned.

6. After being kicked off/banned, she has not re-registered under a different screen name.

That is not what you said. I replied to what you said, not what you now say you meant. If you can't be clear, it's not my fault. If you knew the rules at MAD and the various methods of punishment, you'd know that being Q'd, being suspended, and being banned are 3 different things.

I've been trying to tell you this whole time! You deliberately misunderstand me, use terms in ways NOT used by the MAD board, call me a liar repeatedly, and then yell at me for your lack of understanding. SHEESH! I didn't lie! I answered the question you asked, using the terms the way the MAD board uses them. It's not my fault you were not using the terms in the same manner. It's YOUR responsibility to give your definition of terms, if those definitions are different from the norm.

Q'd = grounded to your room and can slip notes under the door with mod approval.

Suspended=grounded to your room with no communication.

Banned= Get the hell out and never come back again.

ROTFL. Excellent analogy, Joisey! They were misusing their own punishment method (the Q is never meant to be permanent), and I refused to accept their authority when I had done nothing that merited being placed on the Q in the first place. Once I'd made my point as the Pickle, that not only had the banishment of Blink to the Q been inappropriate, but that I had something positive to contribute to the board [and ask anyone--the Pickle was well-liked as an LDS poster], it was simply a matter of time before I was permanently banned (and I knew that, going in).

And ever since the Pickle was banned, I've never darkened their door. I rely on Mr Scratch to bring the most interesting tidbits here.

I have always considered being permanently queued being kicked off. I was referring to any kind of suspension, and even after I pointed out the inconsistency of her story she went on this weird diatribe about being ultimately kicked off not because she re-registered, but because she "was harmony." She has not re-registered since getting booted for the second time because they blocked her from doing it. If she wants to split hairs and say that she understood my question to refer to her second booting (despite the fact that I knew absolutely nothing about any second booting) then she can tell me that, but I intended the question to mean any kind of suspension, and I believe that is how she understood it. If she would like to explain that she understood it differently I'll apologize and drop it.

Hi, Mak. I am willing to go along with your accusation against Harmony provided that you also are willing to concede that, by your own definition of "lie," that many Church leaders are also guilty of having "lied". For example, you could concede that, after closing the books on Church finances due to mishandling by Elder Moyle, and then claiming that the Church is on "solid ground", economically speaking, Church leaders have been guilty of lying.

Maklelan, my dear boy, please don't be upset! I was merely trying to illustrate a point. You called Harmony a "liar," and did so on the basis of semantic interpretation of words like "queue" and "banned." If one is a-okay with doling out the term "liar" on the basis of such semantics, then I think it is only fair that such things be applicable to the Church as well. What's wrong with that?

Also, I would still very much like to hear your explanation of the Church's financial "processes." I have been asking you politely to clarify this for quite some time now, and don't understand why you would see any "arrogance, disrespect, and downright meanness" in that.

I think harmony has a testimony, and I don't doubt her belief. I think she has trouble reconciling many things which appear, and are, contradictory. It is natural for anyone to struggle with this. However, I still haven't worked out Scratch. Are you a believer, Scratch?
