Pretty soon your denial of all the silly things in Mormonism will leave you with nothing to believe in because of your continual denial of things you (and I) grew up believing. You KNOW that Mormons believe the things you mentioned. Once again you have so many compartments in your system of belief that it must be getting pretty hard to hold onto what you really believe.
You are way off the mark. And if you think Mormon Curtain is really accurate then you are not as smart as I thought you were. Because is spite of the fact that you rage and rant I think you are a bright fellow. It is clear that after 15 minutes that it is a cartoon characterizations. There is plenty to gripe about regarding the LDS Church without stooping to such nonsense.

Sure, he starts by telling something that is LDS and does happen in the LDS church but then distorts it. Things like 8 year old children are asked if they masturbate, tithing is on GROSS including food stamps, Medicare and money you even find on the ground, the Church teaches garments have magical powers, etc, etc,

My garments have magical powers. Right now they are invisible and I can't even feel them!
I agree on the tithing principle here, and I feel I have a good understanding of how it is taught within the church (simply because I am big stickler on it). The Bishop will never ask someone if they are paying on gross, or if they include foodstamps, or any other rational here. He simply asks if you are a full tithe payer. Now, there are those who pay on gross income (I am not one). There are those who include their foodstamps as part of their tithing (we do not). This is acceptable. I know some define "increase" as money they make above and beyond their zero line (ie, if they are in the hole every month, then they do not pay tithing). We do not do this.
Regardless, the Church has never truly defined (to my knowledge) exactly what an increase is, which is a major part of the definition of paying tithing.

Wait...I'm not trying to pry...just want to clarify...You were baptized at 8, and your bishop, in a baptismal interview with you asked you about sexuality? Is that what happened?
If that's the case, this bishop should be throttled! I am SO SORRY that happened to you!
That is a form of abuse, and completely inappropriate.
