If Moroni were an angle, would he be obtuse? Personally I think he was a right angle. ;)

Also, I wonder if other Christian churches have trade marked or copyrighted logos. Can't say I know of any offhand.

I don't think the church can threaten to sue as I think Moroni gets to say who gets his name and who does not. If you subpeonaed the President of the Church he would likely say Moroni is alive and well.
