The actual text is equal protection under the law. Sounds pretty obvious to me. by the way, do you disagree with the U.S. Supreme Court's 1967 decision in Loving v. Virginia, which found a fundamental right to marry?

Even though that Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator Barack Obam was able to Win huge, by more than 39 Percentage Points over Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain, within Liberal Los Angeles County, Proposition 8 even still managed to Win barely, Within Liberal Los Angeles County, CA.
Why is the Los Angeles County's Government trying to overturn Proposition 8, when Proposition 8 Won, even though barely, Within Los Angeles County, CA?
