Smith taught that those who commit the unpardonable sin are "doomed to Gnolaum—to dwell in hell, worlds without end."[7] The word gnolaum is used elsewhere by Smith to mean "eternal".[8]

This word Gnolaum itself is a Reformed Egyptian shortening of the Celtic-Sumerian phrase "Gnishnash-gnolaum-go-braugh" which loosely translated means the eternal archetype of the guy who was leading Frodo and Samwise.

Harmony, hope that helps.

I think silentkid has it wrong too. It should say "Joseph Smith said it best when he said to love the sin, if the sin was taking another man's wife to bed, and embrace the sinner, if she was young, pretty, and worshipped the ground he walked on."
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Oh, you're quite eligible. It's just you'll only get a thousand year or so green card instead of permanent residence. If that's a comfort to you great. It's not for me.

Hell is temporary? Now that is news!

Are you sure you're LDS? Open Section 76 and read up a bit about the Telestial Kingdom.

In fact, The Nehor himself seems to be pretty good evidence for what you've described. He has spoken on multiple occasions about speaking with "God"/"Gods," or whatever else, and so this therefore explains his near-pariah status on the aptly named MADboard. Granted, his personal "revelations" mostly just make him look like the dipstick that he is, so I'm sure that most of the apologists are willing to let it go with little more than a raised eyebrow. But, if these "revelations" of his were to ever have something to do with actual Church doctrine---i.e., say that it was "revealed" to The Nehor that Zarahemla was actually located near the Great Lakes region---you can bet that his butt would be kicked six ways from Sunday. It would be Rodney Meldrum redux. In any case, my point is that The Nehor's rather impudent and disobedient claims about his personal visions have branded him a problem member on the MADboard. It would not be too much to say that his hubristic remarks are the "small beginnings of apostasy."

Yes, I'm such an outcast there.

Zarahemla is not in the Great Lakes region. It's Atlantis which was moved to another galaxy. Someday a brave group of explorers will take a Stargate there and bring it back. Thus saith the Nehor.

Except for the third of the host of heaven there too. Are you sure you're LDS? You don't seem to know the doctrine that well.

I think Smith got his neologisms messed up with "gnolaum". In one instance the word means "outer darkness" but in his book of Abraham "gnolaum" means "eternal".

Perhaps he meant

What is your evidence that this is so? We have observed clear evidence that your bid to become a MADmod was a complete disaster. It's also clear that you are seen as a kind of "outlier," do to your strange confessions re: "revelation." Top this off with the fact that you have never, ever submitted a single substantive post on this board, and we've more or less got an iron-clad case that you are indeed an "outcast" on the MADboard.

Then again, you could always prove me wrong by asserting some kind of authority over there. I'd love to see you design and navigate a thread that proves your "revelations" are entirely legitimate and within the doctrinal framework of the Church. And yes: you *do* have to assert that your impressions are authoritative. Either that, or you have to shrug your shoulders and say, "Uh, I was just hallucinating." See: I'm betting that you are too much of a wienie to put your "revelations" on the line in the midst of the MADites. Go ahead and assert the primacy of your visions, or else admit that they're nothing more than subjective imaginings. To do anything less would be against the spirit of the Church, and thus a kind of toying with apostasy.

The Nehor---

Do you really believe that? I am concerned here with genuine belief, and not dumb jokes. Where do you think Zarahemla existed? Are you capable of submitting a substantive answer?

The Nehor claimed, when questioned here, that he "stopped" doing substantial posts on MDB because he couldn't take "this place" seriously. What gave the lie to that were his equally flippant posts on MAD.

He's a total joker. And he's probably neck deep in cog. diss.

The unpardonable sin {who "den[y] the Son after the Father has revealed him".[5] } can only be commited by those who hold the keys, because no one else has had the Son revealed to them by the Father.

Sorry, Nehor. You aren't eligible. You don't hold the keys.

Hello harmony,

Well, I am glad to know that I am definitely Not going to outer darkness. The Place that I am Planning to go to is the Terrestrial Kingdom. Within The Terrestrial Kingdom, there is going to be a lot of Great music being Played there from the high-quality Stereos, and all of the TVs there will be in HD. There will be nice beaches and beautiful Mountains within the Terrestrial Kingdom. And there are also going to be a lot of cute and hot young single ladies within the Terrestrial Kingdom. Within the Celestial Kingdom, nearly all of the ladies there will already be married to Polygamous Men, who will become Polygamous gods, with the ladies there becoming goddesses wives. The many, many goddesses wives of the Polygamous gods, will become pregnant a lot, throughout all of eternity. The Terrestrial Kingdom will be a lot better Place for me to go and stay at.
