If the state is looking into it, I don't see a problem. They will either find for your case or they will see no case. It will be up to the legal authorities to see if you have a case. And that is the way it should be. Good luck in your case. If abuse was going on, people deserve to be punished.

This is the position that most reasonable people would take. I am convinced that abuse was going on, and may still be to some extent. I haven't formed this opinion through prayer, or "feeling", but by reading and listening to eyewitness accounts, and also reading the Westridge policies, which in my opinion leave open the possibility for abuse without full accountability. Maybe you haven't read them.
in my opinion Eric's critics are the agenda-laden ones. I would like to see some heads roll over this, beginning with Buttars. His silly and prejudiced public statements on some social issues should give a clue to the type of man he is.

Speaking for myself and the Maxwell Institute, we have absolutely no dog in this fight. I know effectively nothing about West Ridge Academy, and have no views on it one way or the other -- except that, if civil or criminal offenses have occurred, they should be appropriately handled by the authorities, and, if they haven't, the names of the people who've been accused should be cleared.
I don't know whether anybody else at the Maxwell Institute has ever even heard of West Ridge Academy. So far as I'm aware, the name of the place has never passed the lips of anyone connected with the Institute. Certainly the Academy has never been mentioned in any Institute meeting or publication that I can recall. It has nothing to do with us. We have nothing to do with it.
