Again, there was no acquisition of images, just linking.

The end result and what happened was unethical, illegal, and in violation of the laws. Whomever that took upon themselves to send my wife and I hate mail and then come here to pose as me is the one that needs to receive the verbal lashings. I have already apologized.

Agreed, as I do not condone this sort of behavior and am dismayed that someone took it this far.

I actually linked to the Forum discussion over at Associated Content. I had originally started that prior to June when I noticed the pictures and then subsequently started receiving all the hate mail (as well as my wife).

As I have stated, the photo's at one time were set to private because I had a couple of former co-workers who were tagging themselves in the photo's, posting them on their Facebook pages, making ridiculous and colorful jokes. Somehow they became available for all to view after I had reset all the security levels on my Facebook page.

Your decision to post this OP (with apologies and a suggestion that we all might benefit by moving past the recent "stuff") has moved you up 2 whole notches in my eyes. (For whatever that might be worth)

Anyhooo, my intent in typing this reply is not to comment on anything concerning the recent past (so I won't). It is my intent to simply offer a "good on you" for (at least in part) your efforts in the OP.

Because I had posted my inquiry as to how to have the content deleted off Associated content after I started receiving hate mail.

The friend request came prior to the publishing of the photos here.

Subsequently when I went back to remove whoever polygamy porter was that sent me the request, I was defriended.



What is it that you have against me? What reason did you have to post pictures of my family in the first place?

Why have you not apologized for posting those images to me personally? Why are you still defending and making yourself out to be the victim here when it was your posting and actions that caused all this to begin with?

Care to explain yourself? As the way I see it, and from my own experience dealing with bullies online and in real life, the best way to tell the one who is being the bully is the one who is speaking up more so and continually harping on the victim while others have stepped aside and realized the severity of the issue.

You really have no idea the damage you have caused to me, to my wife and to our family just by your mere posting. And yet you are sitting here condemning me and calling me a liar and insisting that I prove myself to you.

Ceeboo, thank you and I know we have communicated over at MD&D in the past on issues and the exchanges have been (in my own perspective, but I could be wrong) a bit intense, but friendly and with respect.

The more I learn, the more I realize that I have my own weaknesses. We all make mistakes, some learn from them, others do not. I do my best to learn from my own mistakes. I am only human. What i find amazing is that people have to go out of their way to find "dirty little secrets" in the hopes of destroying someone's character.

So what, I used to write erotica. Do I write erotica now? Now, actually, I am too busy in my life to write anything, even work on my novel to rewrite it. This is because I am busy with school work, with caring for my daughter, with managing a house, dealing with issues with my step-son being bullied at school, holding two callings in church, looking for work and volunteer opportunities, and building a freelance writing career. My writing is more on nonfiction now than it was on fiction. In fact, until recently, I haven't even had time to participate on all the message forums I belong too.
