How can you have too much Mormonism?

I liked living in Utah. And I like going back to visit. Mormons seem like nice people to me even after I converted to Catholicism. I think I would enjoy living there now if I could find a decent paying job which is not too likely!

Boy, somebody did a number on you.

Since then, I've learned from Urban Dictionary that do a number on means to treat harshly; to damage.
My point is that most - if not all - expression of the Urban Dictionary are known ONLY by a small social group. An outsider can not decode, can not guess, because these expressions are not logical outside of the group.
For example without that UD do You know the meaning of
- do an ali ingram
- do a Morecambe
- do a pacquiao
- do a smeaton
?
