So what does it mean to keep the sabbath day holy in the 10 commandments? Is that not for man?

It means that Jesus fulfilled the law.

Do you not keep the sabbath day holy hoops. I'm confused. It's probably my old Mormon mindset but Mormons keep the sabbath by attending church, visiting the sick, doing church work, not buying things so people don't have to work, and not playing sports.

Did he also fullfil the law about not murdering?

you might want to review the ten commandments before you go on.

I hadn't planned on going on since my point is obvious. What did you think I would discover by reviewing the ten comandments?

Wiki
"Killing or murder

Main article: You shall not kill

The Sixth Commandment, as translated by the Book of Common Prayer (1549).
The image is from the altar screen of the Temple Church near the Law Courts in London.
Multiple translations exist of the fifth/sixth commandment; the Hebrew words לא תרצח (lo tirtzach) are variously translated as "thou shalt not kill" or "thou shalt not murder".[57]

The imperative is against unlawful killing resulting in bloodguilt.[58] The Hebrew Bible contains numerous prohibitions against unlawful killing, but also allows for justified killing in the context of warfare (1Kings 2:5–6), capital punishment (Leviticus 20:9–16) and self-defence (Exodus 22:2–3). The New Testament is in agreement that murder is a grave moral evil,[59] and maintains the Old Testament view of bloodguilt.[60]

Jewish translations almost all use "murder" – an exception is the Artscroll or Stone Edition tanach (1996)."

It means that we are called to "not forsake the assemblying of yourselves", which we do on Sunday. It also means that we can choose to do something else that particular day. My family and missed a ton of Sundays over the summer and thought nothing of it. Some are more careful than that. But the point is that missing a Sunday at church is not a sin.

It would seem that I'm already guilty of such a crime. Now what do I do?

20 “But I warn you—unless your righteousness is better than the righteousness of the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven!

Teaching about Anger
21 “You have heard that our ancestors were told, ‘You must not murder. If you commit murder, you are subject to judgment.’[a] 22 But I say, if you are even angry with someone,[b] you are subject to judgment! If you call someone an idiot,[c] you are in danger of being brought before the court. And if you curse someone,[d] you are in danger of the fires of hell

You are guilty of unlawful killing of another human being?
Now what do I do?

Turn yourself in and pay your dept to society.

Oh, and if, per your quoted verses, you are guilty of calling someone an idiot or something then apologize. Jesus can't relieve you of the responsibility of any of it.

One learns a great deal by cleaning toilets and keeping grounds, Morley. My education pales in comparison to what I've learned out in the field.

Don't evangelicals tend to eat up the weird black board theories and politics of Glenn Beck? My guess is that part of the Beck demagoguery is of more importance to them than whose religion has the truest Jesus.

ROTFL!

Going to a "Mormon owned car wash" definitely makes one an expert on Mormonism.

Seriously, funnies/stupidest thing I've read all year.

LOL!

Give our friend here a little respect and read his post with your glasses on . He wasn't saying he knew a Mormon and it made him an expert, like hey I have a gay friend, i know all about them, He was talking about dealing with them in commerce and social situations as equals.
