God's own interpretation of hieratics on the papyrus

I don't think God has his own interpretation of the hieratics. I think it more likely that the names and events have been changed to protect the Egyptian religion and ruling class. Plus there is still the matter of the missing papyri which makes it impossible to falsify the Book of Abraham.

Or perhaps you were a priest of this religion in later times who just discovered this damaging story. Wouldn't you have an interest in altering the meanings of certain images and applying a different story or simply an existing ritual to cover it up? Why or why not?

Excellent point and like the Rosetta Stone it may have held the writing of another highly condensed language.
