I would guess the folks who sign up for this trip would pay the full bill. I doubt LDS Inc has anything to do with it.
In conclusion, since the church and its members support the creation of DCP-type careers in the first place, they must also be entitled to support them with the tithe-tax or whatever means necessary. I fully support the idea of funding DCP-type careers so long as I am not a full tithe payer.
