I have since moved from that ward and it was 15-20 years ago, but then it was Canyon Country 2 in the Santa Clarita Stake in So Ca.

If being a Mormon and having a revelation that was acted upon contrary to Church doctrine at the time is sufficient, I know several other people (including my late father-in-law who actually wrote a book about his revelation(s) and had it published) who should have their own Wiki entries.
Not much beyond what the Wiki article says. Her and her husband started a Church where she was the high priestess and it was her duty to have sex with as many men as possible.
