Ah yes; the gold-stitched jade-lined diamond-studded loincloth.

Bet that was fun to sit on.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

You know that they had everyday clothes and then they had go to the temple and watch a thousand beating hearts cut out clothes. Don't get out much eh?

What would you do with millions of dead bodies. Burn them? Right!

You seem like a reasonably intelligent person. Why not do something useful with your life instead of wasting your time on this type of silly, silly, crap.

Are you attempting to evangelize me to the presumption that it is silly, silly, crap? What if I were way more intelligent than you can imagine and I know things you wont live long enough to capture and hold on to?

Now go raise up you hands and exclaim in your pretense of ecstasy that silly is the truth, an roll around in mocked convulsions of intellectual bliss.
I want none of it.

Are you saying Peru is an Island?
Or that Peru used to be an island?

The Andes were an island with a narrow neck dividing roughly Colombia from Bolivia, Peru, and Chili. At the Gulf of Guayaquil. The Amazon Basin was filled with water. There is an underground delta far out at sea where it emptied for thousands of years until the collapse and the Amazon River was born.
Also the Orinoco River in Venezuela has a greater delta than it should have meaning it drained the high water levels of the Amazon Basin.

The Patagonia uplift that Charles Darwin discovered probably occurred at the time of Christ's crucifixion and I suppose the Yucatan crater is actually and explosion where the earth stress expelled enough material to bury the many cities of the Book of Mormon and fill the atmosphere in Northern South America with debris as the record states.

From that time on the Amazon slowly drained to its present non island state. These are not my own thoughts, except for the Yucatan notion. A few cities got dollops of mud and crud spit out of the earth when it shrank at the time of Christ's atonement. The Andes were the weak area where the earth gave way to the stress of shrinking in sympathy with its Maker. All the rocks were broken thereafter.
