Has anyone ever considered Harming or killing themselves or others because of any of it?

Yes?

Then it is harmful.

Long before I went to the Temple I hear there was a 'Blood Oath' for all members to avenge the death of Joseph Smith.
As well as death penalties for disclosing the signs and tokens.

There's a story also of a promiscuous young man who was castrated in church history.

Then these days it is more psychological than physical.
leading to suicide.
