I wonder if it had to do with my post, where I linked to your old web site:

http://web.archive.org/web/200712172313 ... alboy.html

And remarked you had been "posting about a video of the temple endowments since at least 2006."

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=48&p=447#p447

Was that it? Because not only did you start the thread with the claim about having secretly filmed Mitt Romney in the temple, you claimed to be the offspring of a prize winning investigative journalist and invited readers to google your last name + the year + the name of the prize.

MormonInfo.org (the site JosephLied.Com redirects to) had an announcement posted on it's What's New section linking to the thread you had the moderators delete. It's been deleted from MormonInfo.org too.

What's really weird is the link to the LDS temple endowment video on MormonInfo.org in the Multimedia section has been removed from YouTube now too. Does any one want to bet on Mr. Nortonski having two temple endowment videos?

P/S

Dr. Shades, in the spirit of your commitment to allowing posters the right to build monuments to their own stupidity here at MDB, I humbly ask you to reinstate the deleted thread so we can continue to discuss this definitely-real Mitt Romney video.

Eric, I see no comments in that link you provided about any video being made back in 2006.

I have never witnessed anything resembling "censorship" on this board. Remember, I'm the one that requested the thread be taken down. It's for a reason which I will not share with you.

It is a fairly well known and established fact that back in 2004-2005 I was making my own temple recommends and attending the temple(s) often. I would almost always leave my calling card (notes with my website URL on them) every time I went.

In January 2005, when the major change was made to the initiatory, I went through the Jordan River Temple that very day (it was a Tuesday morning if memory serves me correctly) and obtained a hard copy of the new initiatory script and hand delivered it to Sandra Tanner that day. I then went home and posted the details of the new script on my website (you can still find it if you search an archive.)

The temple recommends were changed, adding the bar code that now must be scanned, because of me.

I received a lifetime ban from RfM specifically because I spoke often about attending the temple (and getting others in as well) after I had left the cult. The fact that I said Erik K. and his watch dog Susan I/S don't have a single testicle between them probably didn't help.

On a related side note, that banishment from RfM was a blessing as it helped me significantly "recover" from Mormonism. Ironic, yes?

Doubt me all you want. There are those who know and those who wish they knew the truth. You clearly fall into the latter category.

Soon enough you too will know. I won't even ask you for 10% of your gross income before you do.

Know what truth? I don't see that any startling truth has been revealed, promised, or will be forthcoming. All I see is that you want to profane what Mormons hold sacred in such a way as to hurt one man's chances to obtain elected office. I see absolutely no good or noble purpose in any of this.

What does it mean when PMs are in the outbox? I've got two PMs that are in the outbox, one for almost a day. Does that mean the recipient hasn't read them yet, or that I haven't sent them?

Yes, the recipient has not read them.

A US citizen with a vote in the election for President might feel it is in the public interest to put into the public domain evidence that a Presidential candidate has taken an oath that might reasonably be argued as being in conflict with the Presidential oath of office.

The fact that members of a particular religion are told by their church not to discuss what takes place in a particular religious structure when they are outside that structure is in no way binding on those who are not members of that religion.

The thread was moved, not deleted. And it looks to me like y'all are still making comments about it.

No, it was deleted.

My guess is that the temple video Mr. Norton was boasting about is the same temple video off his web site from back in the early 2000s. I think that when the connection was pointed out, Mr. Norton panicked and demanded the thread be deleted.
