Is there any time period since that was written in which there hasn't been hatred coming from "the Church?"

There has always been hatred but I am talking about institutionalized hatred in our day. There is much more to the book than that. Why are you folks afraid to read the eBook. Does the title scare you? Is it because you don't have the equipment to down load it? I have made it available for free and I will once again but I only have a few more free days left and I am not going to waste them on people who don't want to open their minds and read...and discuss.
Has one single person, besides you, on this forum actually read your book?

Having no interest in this subject is not the same as being afraid. I'm not interested in your book for the same reason I'm not interested in reading a book discussing theological debates within the Presybterian church. No offense, but it's not relevant to my life at all.

I certainly haven't found one, yet. It's possible someone has and he/she is still puzzling over it. I obviously don't know how to get people to read. Do you have any suggestions? In light of Mitt Romney's run at the Presidency, it is very pertinent!

I just read the preview on Amazon.

I'll certainly give it a read if you do
Unfortunately, I have a contract with Amazon that restricts what I can do for a few more months. On Sept. 1, 2012 there will be a free download once again on Amazon.
I might mention, I have down-loaded a book through amazon onto my Android so I assume it is possible to down-load onto anything that will access the Amazon site, such as iPhone, Mac, PC, iPad, etc.

Yes, I can put the Kindle app onto my Android and read it that way.
It's just much easier to read on my Nook. Bigger screen and all. Amazon uses their proprietary MOBI format. Pretty much every other e-reader uses EPUB.
Nevertheless, I'll still give it a read come the 1st.
