nah nah..you misunderstand. The way you whimper and whine is accomplished in your guys' own little favored way. And I agree your whimpering and whining about me and other LDS is often quite out in the open, creating quite an expose on you folk.

Go ahead and do it in private if ya like. I don't see the problem with that, other than its probably not going to be good for you.
Love ya tons,
Stem

I swear you sit around masturbating to all the perceived persecution you receive...Your constant participation, in nearly every thread, is starting to make sense...you get off on it. Of course you don't have a problem pretending like people talk about you in private, that seems to perpetuate your strange fetish. It all makes sense now.

You know, I was starting to think that DCP was rubbing off on him (ewwww... there's a disturbing image). I have little doubt that stem would love to flatter himself into believing we give a crap about him enough to talk about him behind his back.

That's not quite correct. What I have come to is a "message board moment", and it will only be for a moment, I felt this thread deserved comment. I'm not getting entangled in boards again. As for the "Jesus moment", well you really don't know me. This "Jesus moment" began when I was about 8 years old, and whether I've accepted him as the Son of God, a "great Prophet", or "a great man", you're not going to find me talking him down or being sarcastic. Questioning certainly, even his very existence, which was a phase I went through in quite a lot of depth (Doherty, Wells, Acharya, et.al) some years ago.

One reason I decided to leave this board is because I felt it was doing no good for my "spirituality" (and I think there's plenty of evidence for that, and most here would agree), and the atmosphere was way too negative. I feel much better "inside" when I'm off boards, and have a clearer conscience, because they become verbal battlefields, and many a friendship has been lost on message boards.

I hope you're a little clearer on that now, Rock.

Don't see what the problem is here. The two tasks are completely compatible although not necessarily yoked.

It was not correct at all, and indeed I was clear on it before hand.

It was a nasty comment, blurted out during the pain of trying to remove the knifes from various backs, including my own.

I'm sorry for the low blow.

By 9 PM EST tonight, my board will be placed in public view. I am allowing time for members who may have posted in real life information, to remove it.

Therefore, Scratch, you will be welcome to just merely post a link to your "final chapter" without having to jump through hoops from your "informant's" screen shots to copy/paste information here.

Sock Puppet, I don't really think there is much for us to say. You are obviously hurt that you were not invited to my board. I explained to you that at the time I created my board, you were not really that active on message boards, period, and it was an oversight, at that point. Since then, you have been vicious to me, and, frankly, acted like a jack ass. Therefore, unless we get a hell of a lot of things worked out, you will NEVER be invited to particpate on my board.

However, you will, along with everyone else, be able to view it, and comment here to your heart's delight.

I'm sorry about how things have developed, Liz--in the sympathetic sense, of course, since I had nothing to do with this kerfuffle.

Look, this whole thing seems to be very simple.

I would be willing to wager my left elbow that the intent and vision that Liz had in starting her new "invite only" board was genuine. (I have no doubt about that)

I would also be willing to wager my right foot that she is now faced with a very unfortunate situation and she must now decide how to proceed. (Do nothing? Make changes?). A very difficult spot, to be sure.

Now that these things are out in the open (It is what it is), I am of the opinion that even if consideration to "Changes/modify" were to be expressed, it is the perception of this "invite only" board that will continue to carry much weight among those who are not able to post/read/know. Obviously, if you are not one who is "in the club" you are left to only wonder/imagine what might really be.
(Often, the perception is far worse and more damaging)

It is not my board, I am not a memeber there, and I really do not have a vested interest either way, but I do care/enjoy for many people at MDB as well as the "café".

My opinion (Because you did not ask for it) :) :) It should be made visible to all (At least as a read only). Integrity, Fairness, Perception, and Image come to my mind.

Peace,
Ceeboo

Doctor Scratch wrote:About Ray A--if I may be allowed to speculate a little. Unless I'm mistaken, his "cycling" back onto the side of the Mopologists occurred right around this same time last year. As you'll recall, this was during the Brian David Mitchell trial, where DCP was an "expert" witness. Also around this same time, the MAD/MDD suddenly went down, and there was some speculation that this had been done to protect DCP.

Is it just me, or is MAD/MDD down again? Or is this old news?
