LOL. Yeah, being an Internet Mormon, and one of shall we say, modest gifts in the general area of interest for that thread must be quite a frustrating plight.

There are plenty of brilliant people who apply their intelligence pragmatically and are not intellectuals at all. Then there are plenty of idiots who are intellectuals. I'm dying imagining the Holy Ghost and Christ as intellectuals, splitting hairs over the grand principles of the universe as laid out in the Father's Encyclopedia of Godhood.

One example I can give you is Carrol Lynn Pearson. I'm sure lots of Dimwit Brass tried to
