We have, in fact, conducted subscriber surveys and the like, and we take their input quite seriously. Moreover, we hear from our subscribers very, very frequently.
We haven't just been sitting around waiting for the input of a nonreader such as yourself, invaluable though the opinions of the uninformed generally are.
