I'll be the 1st counselor in the young womens presidency. My main focus will be the young women between the ages 18-21 preparing them for the young adult wards.

An ideal placement. He will quickly learn how to communicate with women in a respectful manner, or he will fail miserably. Particularly if he is not allowed any other position of power.
