Okay, so if you aren't saying he should not be criticized or punished by the market for his speech (which is what's happening now), why bother to defend him from those repercussions? It's all playing out naturally.
And if you are talking about something other than the first amendment to the US constitution, why use the words "right" and "free speech"?
