In the fourth set, she said the "atmosphere of the student section had changed." Richardson called the slurs and heckling from the crowd "more extreme, more intense." She said the man who was eventually banned from BYU athletics was recording things on his phone and "we were just made very uncomfortable by him in particular."

I found one. 2:00:19. My hearing is garbage nowadays, especially when it comes to voices, but I think I can kind of pick up a girl's voice in there shouting, but I can only pick up the last syllable, so he could just as easily be saying "cougar" as the slur. Can't hear a guy's voice though (was it a guy that said the slur, or was it a guy that said something threatening... or both?)

I couldn’t make anything out. Though I did see a uniformed individual behind #4, so that part of the scenario is easy to verify. I’m surprised no one has come forward, yet. Usually with a national news story someone like an eye witness is going to add more details.

I don't know why Mormons have such a problem with not being able to hear the words on the tape. Mormons don't have any issues believing in things there is no evidence for. They should doubt their doubts.
So this is another Jussie Smollet hoax possibly. It is unraveling fast and hard.

BYU confirmed the incident, identified the individual, and banned them for life.
The BYU athletic department issued a ban of a non-student fan on Saturday for use of a racial slur during a Cougars volleyball match against the Duke Blue Devils at BYU on Friday night.
The first time I ever heard such racial slurs was at a college basketball game in 1970. The person saying that stuff was a college football coach. I felt angered and so I made it a point to ask him about it after the game. He said it was to rattle the other team.
