Criminal Charges Filed against Dehlin

Jenn Kamp knew that the temporary restraining order had been obliterated by a judge. She knew she was lying when she made the charges again.

She should be liable for criminal charges. Does 30 days in the Salt Lake County jail seem reasonable? If she cries sufficiently, she might even be featured on that Jail podcast, where she could denounce Dehlin and ask for donations.

Has Jenn Kamp considered filing a human rights violation against John Dehlin? Maybe crimes against humanity?

The charge is being dismissed by the prosecutor.

They appear to be blaming it on the clerk, saying the computer system still showed the temporary order to be active.

This seems like an inadequate excuse to me.

Blame it on IT. From March 2023 to July 2024 they had still not entered the final case disposition into the record unless they can prove otherwise (which they can) and then show prosecutorial incompetence. I suppose Jenn Kamp can run with this lie in her defense if charges are brought. If prosecutors could not determine the disposition of the case, then how was untrained Jenn supposed to know?

I doubt the police and the Asst. DA think it is worth their time to charge her. If anything, they want nothing more to do with her. It is true, though, she lied to all of them. I think a little time in county lockup might do her some good.

Dehlin should file a complaint against Kamp with the DA, and call for her and her flying monkeys to be investigated for malfeasance. She, Rosebud, and their enablers have gone too far.

As an Utah taxpayer I’ve been outraged, yes, outraged at the taxpayer dollars that have been squandered to respond to Jenn Kemp’s allegations that have repeatedly been shown to be without merit. Doesn’t matter if they blame IT, Jenn knew the temporary restraining order had been squashed. If anyone still believed her, this latest debacle proves what most of us have known all along; Jenn lies, Jenn makes stuff up. And Rosebud is only too happy to assist. Imagine having spent the last 10+ years trying to destroy a man’s life! Imagine getting to 60, 70 and realizing what your life could have been had you gotten therapy and moved on. There’s no second take, Rosebud…and Jenn. This is all any of us have got!

When you google Rosebud and Kamp this drama is front and center. This BS is their public legacy, and what a legacy it is...
