Nemo also took President Dallin Oaks to task about not knowing about the BYU electroshock therapy while he was the university president. There were letters exchanged between them which Nemo broadcasted. He included proof that Oaks knew.

Do you think Oaks is the kind of leader that when unrestrained in power would act on a grudge?

Oaks acts and speaks in ways that suggest he genuinely thinks he is the instrument of the Lord in exacting vengeance. He is to the LDS church like a modern day Bernardo Gui.

He wanted to sin.

I believe he may have felt a moral obligation to do or say some things that church leaders (perhaps conveniently) classify as sinning.
