You do know what the term "posthumous" means, right?
Just apply pretzel logic.
Kirk's killer will die some day. Assuming that he had been excommunicated for committing murder, and not re-baptized while alive, he could then be posthumously baptized.

Application: get baptized for your future great-great-grandson who might apostatize and skip church on Sunday to play pickleball. Seems very efficient - cover him before he’s even born.
How did you reach that conclusion based on the linked article?
The young man who allegedly assassinated a beloved pro-life conservative activist was himself a radical leftist who self-identified as Antifa.
The 22-year-old man accused of fatally shooting pro-life conservative activist Charlie Kirk had scrawled “Hey fascist, catch” on a bullet casing recovered from the scene, law enforcement officials said Friday.
The initial details about the shooter are painting the suspect as a radicalized leftist who turned against his staunchly Republican family.

Wouldn’t he still be subject to the justice/mercy of God?
Here is an update in regards to Charlie Kirk's killer:
Bureau officials confirmed that Tyler Robinson, 22, was in a "romantic relationship" with the unnamed person, who is a male transitioning to a female, and that they shared an apartment in Saint George, Utah. Those FBI officials told Fox News Digital that Robinson's partner is fully cooperating with the FBI's investigation. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/charl ... r-AA1MulAL

I think you're still missing the point. Think about what posthumous baptism implies, and the person you seemed to be inferring was dead.

I trust Fox News (source in that msn article) as much as I trust the DailyMail.
Funny how Tyler Robinson was living with his parents in the first news reports but now he's in a clandestine trans-relationship in an apartment they shared.
MAGA is freaking out that this guy is one of them and this smells of a baked story. A "spokesperson" for the FBI but won't even say their name?
The article is for the proposition that Charlie might still be alive and that instead of a single shooter, there was a Satanic cabal of conspirators...
MG will not admit to Mormonism being a Satanic cabal.

Uh-huh...
I think your caution and skepticism is to be applauded. Thank you for bringing it.
Premise 1. Eyewitness testimony is notoriously unreliable.
Premise 2. The best evidence for the Book of Mormon is eyewitness testimony.
Conclusion. Therefore, the best evidence for the Book of Mormon is notoriously unreliable.
