However, now I believe that there is no basis for the so-called "reputations" of Peterson, Hamblin, and Schryver. You are free to prove me wrong, though. Just provide some examples of behavior that would justify their bad reputations. I haven't seen anything yet.

I'm quite sure that the moderators of this message board know very well that I am not a "sock puppet" of William Schryver. But I'm also sure that they are not interested in publicly stating that.

I think the issue is whether or not what Peterson, Hamblin, and Schryver really said constitutes evidence of the allegations made against them. After having read what they actually wrote, it is "quite obvious" to me (and others who have read these things) that there is a big difference between what they actually said and what you and MsJack and others claim they said. That is the fascinating part of this whole thing. And that is why anyone who really wants to get to the bottom of this issue needs to take the time (like I have) to actually read what was written and not just go on what is claimed by the people who, for whatever reason, have a personal animus towards these men.

That could be true. I've seen no evidence for it myself, but it could be true.

Two or three people on this thread have agreed with me. It looks like (from the quotes MsJack provided from him) that Peterson agrees with me.

I know lots of apostates that have temple recommends. I did for a long time. For all I know, the people you listed have motivations that are not apparent on the surface.

Evidence for this? I see you claiming that this is what he was doing (what, can you read minds?), but I've yet to see you present any evidence that it's so. It seems that truth is in short supply with you, Mr. Ludd.

Of course, Will could very easily surface and dispel these rumors, but of course he won't.
