However, now I believe that there is no basis for the so-called "reputations" of Peterson, Hamblin, and Schryver. You are free to prove me wrong, though. Just provide some examples of behavior that would justify their bad reputations. I haven't seen anything yet.

Why don't you tell us more about the conversations you had with Ugo Perego? Tell us why you think he was "exiled" to Italy.

Someone should keep a master list of the Schryver sockpuppets. The ones I remember were Mattie and Nomad.

I'm quite sure that the moderators of this message board know very well that I am not a "sock puppet" of William Schryver. But I'm also sure that they are not interested in publicly stating that.

In this case, they don't have to, since it's quite obvious.

Besides, your entire inquiry here is moot, since Will himself acknowledged and took ownership for the things he said:

William Schryver wrote:By the way, thanks for going to such a concerted effort to gather together some of the gems of my days here in The Great and Spacious Trailer Park™. Reading through them caused me to laugh out loud several times. Strangely enough, my guilt sensor was not activated even once. Maybe I’m just “past feeling.”

It's not obvious to me and many others.

I think the issue is whether or not what Peterson, Hamblin, and Schryver really said constitutes evidence of the allegations made against them. After having read what they actually wrote, it is "quite obvious" to me (and others who have read these things) that there is a big difference between what they actually said and what you and MsJack and others claim they said. That is the fascinating part of this whole thing. And that is why anyone who really wants to get to the bottom of this issue needs to take the time (like I have) to actually read what was written and not just go on what is claimed by the people who, for whatever reason, have a personal animus towards these men.

How so? People can read their remarks for themselves. You're free to argue that the critics' interpretations are wrong. Have at it.

After having read what they actually wrote, it is "quite obvious" to me (and others who have read these things)

What "others"? How about a link demonstrating this?

that there is a big difference between what they actually said and what you and MsJack and others claim they said.

Like I said: people can read for themselves. Your antics, Will, have been denounced by:
--The Maxwell Institute
--J Green
--Mike Parker
--Blair Hodges
--David Bokovoy
--Liz

Etc., etc. You can hardly claim that this is some kind of "apostate" ploy. Lots of TR-carrying LDS have condemned your antics.

And that is why anyone who really wants to get to the bottom of this issue needs to take the time (like I have) to actually read what was written and not just go on what is claimed by the people who, for whatever reason, have a personal animus towards these men.

Why don't we shift the discussion over to something more intriguing--namely, the reasons why you (i.e., Will Schryver) have encouraged the rumors about your alleged relationship to Hugh Nibley? Tell us: What will happen to you if this winds up getting confirmed?

That could be true. I've seen no evidence for it myself, but it could be true.

After reading MsJack's threads about Peterson, Hamblin, and Schryver, I came away thinking it was all "much ado about nothing".

Two or three people on this thread have agreed with me. It looks like (from the quotes MsJack provided from him) that Peterson agrees with me.

Etc., etc. You can hardly claim that this is some kind of "apostate" ploy. Lots of TR-carrying LDS have condemned your antics.

I know lots of apostates that have temple recommends. I did for a long time. For all I know, the people you listed have motivations that are not apparent on the surface.

Why don't we shift the discussion over to something more intriguing--namely, the reasons why you (i.e., Will Schryver) have encouraged the rumors about your alleged relationship to Hugh Nibley? Tell us: What will happen to you if this winds up getting confirmed?

I read the thread you linked where Schryver has supposedly done this. You're clearly a liar Doctor Kishkumen. Schryver was saying exactly the opposite[/i] of what you claim. [b]Exactly the opposite! He wasn't encouraging the rumors. He was making fun of them and of you.

You people are giving Mormon apostates a really bad name. You're the biggest pack of liars I've ever seen.

Meh. I don't lie. Never have in the short time I've been here. There's no need to lie.

If you think these guys have been all sweetness and light that's your opinion but it's not mine.

You are clearly exceedingly confused. The particular conspiracy theory positing that Kishkumen and Dr. Scratch are one and the same has a minuscule number of adherents. By this slip of the tongue, you have made it much easier for people to surmise who is controlling this sock puppet.

Evidence for this? I see you claiming that this is what he was doing (what, can you read minds?), but I've yet to see you present any evidence that it's so. It seems that truth is in short supply with you, Mr. Ludd.

And isn't it interesting how torqued you get whenever this subject comes up...

Of course, Will could very easily surface and dispel these rumors, but of course he won't.
