To be honest, I don't know - for example - the capital or whatever of Montana or Idaho, or where to find them on the map. (M and I are examples only. I can cite two other state without any prejudice.) You have too many state and town ... I think the knowledge - or the missing knowledge - is bilateral.
On the other hand, we can find differences. Hungarians have won many Nobel prizes. Many more than denizens of Montana and Idaho. Unfortunately, due to WWII, antisemitism and socialism, (near) all of them were ex-hungarians when they reached it.
