"Consigned to outer darkness" responders need not bother.

Well, in Jersey terms we'd say, "That guy's a freakin' wizard!"

That's a compliment, by the way.

Against the claim that Joseph Smith had a photographic memory we need to consider the problematic chronology of his 1838 history, which seems to conflate events of 1824/25 with 1819/20.

There is also the case of him translating two biblical passages twice during his work on the JST, having apparently forgotten that he had already translated those passages just a few months earlier (see Kent P. Jackson and Peter M. Jasinski, "The Process of Inspired Translation: Two Passages Translated Twice in the Joseph Smith Translation of the Bible," BYU Studies 42, no. 2 [2003]: 35-64).

Mosiah 8:17 But a seer can know of things which are past, and also of things which are to come, and by them shall all things be revealed, or, rather, shall secret things be made manifest, and hidden things shall come to light, and things which are not known shall be made known by them, and also things shall be made known by them which otherwise could not be known.

Just messin'.

Or they would say: That guy's gotta be crazy! or to use the plural: you's guys are freakin nuts.

Oh and that is not a compliment.

Please do not ruin their good time. As of this moment, Joseph Smith has super memory ability, able to write books in manucript form and then stick his head in a hat to recite it exactly as written. Or he had the ability to read sidney's book called the Book of Mormon and stick his head in a hat and recite it as sidney wrote it.

So it's an insult then?

Why is it crazy to believe the Book of Mormon is "true," why me?

Having an excellent memory ability has nothing to do with changing things you said before as you define your belief system.

I'd expect Joseph to alter and change his earlier historical accounts, as Nevo mentioned, as his theology adapted.

Not meaning to derail here, but since I'm the only New Jersey rep on the board, I feel a strong need to correct your cultural misconceptions and the myths that they are constructed upon.

Myth: People in Jersey say "you's guys" just like in the old gangster movies.
Truth: People in Jersey use the phrase "you guys".

Bonus Myth Buster-

Myth: People in Jersey refer to the state as "Joisey".
Truth: While some people in NYC might use the pronounciation "Joisey", people in Jersey
actually pronouce it "Jerrzee" with an emphasis on the "er" sound.

People from Jersey also talk fast.

This is not true. Have you ever been to jersey city or hoboken? You's is used often. For example: Are you's going to the movies tonight? Or: where are you's goin? Or; So are you's guys goin home or to the diner?

You must be from a civilized part of jersey. My guess: down south past seaside heights and point pleasant. Most likely, you hang around cape may.
