Yea, I did notice that once you were silenced from the board, your opinions/perspectives/experiences/ seemed to be silenced as well. (Go figure?) :)

I worked at a small company once where, when someone was fired, they were just gone and never spoken of again. Reminded me of MDD.

I'm not certain but my guess is that it had something to do with banging on my letter keys and hitting the submit button.
