Yeah, building walls (or making the walls that already clearly exist even higher and thicker than they are) is a complete fail for all involved - in my opinion.
It is also tragically sad - and tragically sad on multiple levels.
It might serve their immediate goals, but in the long run, I don't think such an approach helps these families at all.
Looking past their goals for a moment (whatever their goals are) and to focus the vision on something much more important in my view - helping families - is, without question, something that ought to receive serious attention, enormous effort and significant consideration.
I don't doubt that the FAIR folks believe they are performing a labor of love, compassion, kindness, and understanding,
