I think hatred is a virtue in the right context. I don't think the LDS Church is a good canidate for hatred.

And as I already pointed out: There has never been a hater anywhere who did not think his hatred was justified by the shortcomings of those he hated.
Hitler thought that about the Jews. The local imperial wizard thinks that about people with hereditary suntans. You think that about the Church of Jesus Christ.
How exactly are you better than them? That you haven't actually killed anybody?
I suppose that means we should be grateful that your triumphant bigotry is restrained by your pervasive cowardice.

How is this a response to Stak saying that the LDS Church is not a good candidate for hatred?

It is not 'all the same' to many of us.
So tell someone who doesn't know you well enough to realise how utterly worthless your opinion is.
Joseph wrote:The Church of Jesus Christ as well as The Church of Christ are the legal names of other churches.
Why you insist on trying to steal their names is not understandable other than the l-sinc habit of stealing whatever possible whenever possible. It makes you thieves, nothing else.
And that last accusation makes you a liar, nothing more.
You really have nothing relevant to say about anything, do you?

Pahoran,
What the hell are you talking about? I said hatred is a virtue in the right context, and I don't think one should hate the Church. How on earth from that did you derive this from my post?

Hey Pahoran, I'm sure New Zealand has an excellent public education system. You should take advantage of it, maybe brush up on your reading skills. Stak seems to be saying that the LDS Church should *not* be the object of hatred.
If you want, I can proof read your posts for you, just PM me before you send them off.

Mr. Pahoran, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

You are anything but happy! If you were happy, you wouldn't still be emotionally involved with the church that you *hate*.
A good therapist could help you let go of that.
I am quite happy now. I was unhappy when I was still a member in the church. I was engaged to a man I hated because I was expected to get married, and I hated myself for going along with LDS nonsense. After I let the church there was a bumpy transition period, but it ended with me in a much better place. Can you understand that Simian?

Because I didn't see the word "don't." I thought you were agreeing with malfeasance.
Which of course, invalidates three quarters of what I wrote, and for that I apologise.
But I stick by my original point: There has never been a hater anywhere who did not think his hatred was justified by the shortcomings of those he hated.
Therefore, there is no "right context" that makes hatred into a "virtue," because every hater thinks they've found the "right context."
