P1 is both an axiom & a brute fact in this case (not that they mean the same thing). As an axiom it is patently and universally true. It's falsity could not be imagined in this universe. As brute fact, is the last Kolob beyond all Kolobs (OK, maybe that's not the best example).

P1 is a metaphysical necessity but not to be confused with with a physical necessity.

(P2) It is the case that Blixa is wise. [ W ]

And so much more.

(P3) It is the case that Blixa is both wise and not wise. [ W & ~W ]

Not in this universe.
