Re: New Intel: The Decline of Pres. Monson
I have no medical training, but I've wondered before about dementia patients who suddenly pour forth with profanity they'd never spoken in their lives. Could it be that internally they had the same *&!~ &^%#@!!! response to upsetting situations as anyone else, but that they had better control over their tongues? And might this be a sign that throughout his life Monson did the same fantasizing about hot nurses as any other heterosexual man and now that barrier has been removed and he does the grabby hand thing he always dreamed about?
Hey listen don't you let 'em get your mind...

The only negative thing I have heard about President Monson is that he can be pretty explosive when he gets angry with underlings who screw up.
A lot of people are like that, and I don't think it negates his other virtues.
Yep, I've also heard that his office sends a pretty ridiculously long list of requirements to any congregation he visits. And I have always found it odd that he keeps coloring his hair at his age.
Wasn't saying the man is perfect by any means.

Hey Garbo,
I haven't read much of what you have to say because I'm always drawn to your avatar. I just sit here with my hand on my chin admiring you with a smile. I start to read your posts and then slip away into a day dream diversion...

How people treat employees, wait staff, retail workers, etc., seems to be a good metric for whether or not they are decent human beings. Hearing that he's demanding and abusive is a pretty big negative.

Is Uchdorf trying to prop Monson up as long as may be, to exten Uchdorf's own influence longer?

They only have a couple of months to agree the way forward.
When Conference comes round they can't take the chance that Monson wont do something like moon the Tabernacle Choir or flick the V's at Julie Beck.
