Over the years, my focus has transcended more and more to areas of spiritually and social justice independent from and oftentimes antithetical to traditional "apologetics" in any form.

I anticipate that my primary publishing efforts from this point forward will be in areas connected with a historical-critical approach to the Hebrew Bible.

You'll get no kind words from me so put me on ignore. I think people on this board are too nice to you when all you do is support the cult and false translations. You're living a lie.

Come on, Paul. Knock it off.

You don't appreciate it when people judge your chosen lifestyle. I find it hypocritical that you are judging others for their choices.

I support you in your current choice. I also support David's. And I hoppe that you support mine.

I was a hypocrite while living the Mormon lie, embracing a religion created by a man who lied about his revelations. Joseph Smith's revelations have been shown to be false in the scientific lab. Scholars (such as David) should be responsible rather than spreading desease (a religion that presents Facsimile No. 3 to the world as a revelation) by presenting it in their scripture as if it's revelation.

I have no respect for such scholars. Zilch! I'm not saying that he's not a nice guy or a wonderful person. I think he is a nice guy. But he's a scholar that supports the lies of a nonscholarly work (Facsimile No. 3) and his church is lying to the world.

Were my comments unfit for the terrestrial level? I don't think they were, but if so, I'll knock it off. If not, I don't apologize. I find Mormon scholars to be some of the most dishonest people on this earth and it sickens me.

There. (And I haven't been drinking)

Actually, I would much rather see you make arguments like this. Your comments are VERY Terrestrial.

Thank you for clarifying the fact that you were not attacking David personally.

This is really inspiring. Sometimes I sense that I have witnessed a manifestation of the spirit and this is definitely one of those times. I love signs that there is hope for both the Church and the world.

1. Transcended from what to what, precisely?

2. What do you mean by the term "social justice?"

I can't answer for David, but I have also learned that "spirituality" has very little to do with churches and doctrine and orthodoxy. I've also learned that "social justice" and mega-malls are not the same thing.

I'm sure that people like Droopy, Schryver, and Pahoran will be the first to celebrate what they will call David's "apostasy". They can't seem to tell the difference between "apostasy" and "enlightenment".
