That doesn't make any sense, Buffalo. The quote that he questioned about last week was Scratch's sig for a month. he didn't comment on it until a month later after someone else notified him of the sig line. I haven't seen any reason to think you know whether he reads here and comments instantly at all. Indeed, since he vowed to not show up here he hasn't seemed to comment much on any of the many comments about him here. Odd, that you say otherwise but have nothing to prove your case.

That's because they were dying out, and he needed to retrigger the sequence. However, now he's lost his podium, and MAD does not allow for references to this board anymore, all he has left to defend him is Stem. Now that is funny right there!

DCP's commentary about the thread responding to his complaint proves my case.

That is funny. Wee little me offering a voice of reason in an otherwise sea of hostile presumption.

Not at all. You have said "Given his ability to instantly detect and comment on any mention of him here"
and "it's pretty obvious that DCP obsessively scans this board daily, looking for mention of his name".

If your case was to hold any merit, then there would not have been a month lapse between Scratch's sig line change to his new thread about the sig line. You see there was a mention of his name in Scratch's sig line, but it was a month before he commented. That was not instant detection nor instant comment at all.

Sure, since this flare up occurred he came on over to see what the fuss was about. No question on that.

It seems like a month-old quote was all DCP could find to complain about, since discussion of him had dwindled until he started his thread. Now he's gotten his wish - his name is brought up more often now.

Hey there. In the search function I typed in "Daniel C. Peterson". I was told I could not view results because the words were far to commonly used. I limited the search to the past month--same message. I put in DCP--same result for the past month. I put in Peterson--same result. I put in Dr. Peterson--same.

I don't buy this at all, Buffalo. It was a nice try though.

Exactly. That means that DCP can't simply use the search function to monitor the board - he must do so by reading it regularly.

You should know, however, that you're getting that result because he posted here for years, and people responded to him for years.

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: scratch.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.
