The Bible makes no distinction among pleasure and happiness and joy and delight and satisfaction. It piles those terms up one atop the other utterly indiscriminately.
There is no biblical distinction between happiness and joy. I've found that those who make such distinctions tend to believe "joy" is some sort of far off, deferred, pleasure that may yet happen while not being particularly happy in the interim.
What is the difference to your mind?

You actually believe the Bible?

If MAD draws people out of the Church, I think I am safe in saying this board is great at driving people into it.
How so?
Personally, even as a non-believer, I would not encourage anyone who wanted to keep their testimony to visit any LDS discussions boards. I would go with the brethren and keep folks focused on the faith promoting story, the doctrine as taught in Sunday School, and the Book of Mormon.
The less time one has for material that may not confirm and support LDS beliefs the better.

There is nothing safe about such lunacy.
Name one person who has run to the Church because of any forum, let alone this one.
We can already name names of those who have left or have at least been pushed further into Liberal Mormonism, because of FAIR/MAD.
Shouldn't you be able to do the same, especially with such a "safe" assertion?
