do. Even the President of the United States agrees. Many nations have finally granted this basic right. States within the US are also finally coming around. Marriage is a civil right and the Supreme Court will rule that way. All of
the justices will be agreed. You'll see.
Gay marriage is coming. Nothing can stop it because the Supreme Court knows what they are doing and they cannot deny basic civil rights on the basis of Bible thumpers and Mormons who want to deny these rights.
Paul, the way to get this basic civil right is not to trample on the analogous basic civil right of others. You have said that you frankly don't care about the analogous right for polygamists. I believe the words, "Screw them," were used.
Don't think that the rights of polygamists won't come up in the arguments put before the nation's highest court. I'm not the first person to point out the relationship between gays' insistence that they be allowed to marry and polygamists' insistence that they also be allowed to legally marry. For the record I originally heard the argument in an article I read in a newspaper by Charles Krauthammer. I think it's safe to say that Krauthammer didn't want to see either gay marriage or polygamy legalized, so perhaps I'm unique because I would like to see both legalized at once.
