EAllusion described the way you finger posters you don't like around.

That.

No hard feelings, you've saved me lots of time and frustration.

I didn't ask that you be banned.

I never hinted that you should be banned.

I didn't want you to be banned.

Your being there didn't really matter much to me, one way or the other, frankly.

C'mon, Dan. You were getting reamed and embarrassed by GoodK, which precipitated his getting banned, and which inspired your personal hostility and vendetta against him. The same thing has happened to countless critics on MAD/FAIR---such as Rollo Tomasi (banned for noting your Quinn gossip) and Kevin Graham (banned for irking you over Islam, among other things). There are literally dozens of people who have been banned due to something you did.

That you continue to deny this is the case, after a veritable mountain of evidence has been presented, is very bizarre. After all, you yourself admitted that you had the power to have Tarski reinstated. (I politely asked you to have *me* reinstated some time ago, and you demanded that I issue a "puppet apology" here on Dr. Shades' board!) So, you obviously pick and choose who stays and who goes on the MAD/FAIR board, and thus, it's unclear why you continue to present this facade of faux innocence.

Some may be surprised that I don't share your entirely objective judgment that GoodK was humiliating and creaming me, but, well, it's true. I don't.

And I have absolutely no personal hostilty or vendetta against him. None.

I don't believe that I've ever asked that anybody be banned from MADB. Not even once. Nor hinted at it.

I'm quite capable of taking care of myself -- I wouldn't have shown up here if I weren't -- and, frankly, have often regretted that an opponent had been banned.

Mister Scratch wrote:That you continue to deny this is the case, after a veritable mountain of evidence has been presented, is very bizarre.

What possible "evidence" could there be, even if your charge were true?

If I have asked that people be banned, it's been in private messages to the moderators. Are you privy to such things?

Mister Scratch wrote:After all, you yourself admitted that you had the power to have Tarski reinstated.

I had the power, just as anybody else does, to write to the moderators and ask that they consider reinstating him. Which I did.

Mister Scratch wrote:I politely asked you to have *me* reinstated some time ago, and you demanded that I issue a "puppet apology" here on Dr. Shades' board!

You and Tarski aren't even remotely in the same league.

He's a serious and substantive poster. You're not. You're a monomaniacal character assassin. You would bring nothing to the board but slander and personal attacks.

Mister Scratch wrote:So, you obviously pick and choose who stays and who goes on the MAD/FAIR board, and thus, it's unclear why you continue to present this facade of faux innocence.

Nonsense. I pick and choose -- as is my right, and anybody's right -- who I'll go to bat for and who I won't. That's quite a different matter.

You don't need to "ask." It just gets conveniently done.

I never reveal my sources. (And thanks for finally admitting the truth, by the way.)

That's not what I did at all. Go ahead and search the MAD board for my posts. Feel free to provide actual proof that I behaved in the manner you're describing.

In the minds of the MADmods, it's not "different" at all.

I was banned for calling Mr. Peterson "Mr. Peterson".

He's definitely a protected forum member for whatever reason. It's strange moderators and others protect an obfuscating buffoon. I suppose that's their right, as was demonstrated by the Mormon moderators here who banned me for a week for insulting Mr. Peterson in an uncouth manner after he repeatedly insulted me.

Strange double-standards...

I sincerely disagree, and I say that with no malice. There is no other reason why I should have been banished from the sewer formerly known as the FAIR board.

I hardly participated in any threads.

(I'm pretty sure I came out victorious in the thread Scratch mentioned, which was about the pejoritive use of "anti-Mormon" for critics who object to the label and your protest over the word "cult" when used to describe Mormonism. I'd link some stuff but I'm away from my computer.)

That would be vintage Scratchite methodology, to pretend that I had admitted the truth of your false accusation.

Your disagreement holds no significance for me. I'm not waiting to be persuaded as to whether or not I asked that you be banned. On that matter, I have direct personal knowledge, whereas, at the most, you have an inference.

I have little doubt that you were banned in connection with that thread. Although I have no direct knowledge of it, and although the moderators have never told me one way or the other, that seems probable.

GoodK wrote:I'm pretty sure I came out victorious in the thread Scratch mentioned

I'm aware that you think you did. You were claiming victory over here, if I recall correctly.
